Services

Ife Studio provides a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Content creation, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading
• Affiliate marketing consultation

The specific services offered and their associated fees will be outlined in a separate agreement (“Project Agreement”) for each project.

Project Agreement

The Project Agreement will detail the specific services to be provided, timeline, fees, payment terms, and other relevant information for each project. You agree to review and sign the Project Agreement before any work commences.

Fees and Payment

Fees for the Services are outlined in the Project Agreement. Payment is due as specified in the Project Agreement, and unless otherwise agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the Website and Services are owned by Ife Studio or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Website and Services in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ife Studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Ife Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

Termination

Ife Studio reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website and Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United Kingdom.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ife Studio with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
